American sensation Coco Gauff feels that Zendaya’s new movie ‘Challengers’ is more than just tennis. As a huge fan of the Euphoria lead star, Gauff sounded very excited about the new movie that was based on tennis.

Luca Guadagnino‘s directed movie featuring Zendaya as the lead actress revolves around tennis, where Tashi (Zendaya), a tennis player turned coach, is on a mission to transform her husband into a world-famous tennis player.

To snap him out of his series of losses, Tashi encourages her husband to join a challengers tournament, where he finds himself face-to-face with his wife’s former boyfriend.

Zendaya went on several Tours, promoting the movie worldwide, while also attending tennis games and interviews. Her biggest fan, Coco Gauff, has not had a chance to watch the movie yet and is looking forward to giving it a watch.

Furthermore, she also suggested that people should not go into the movie judging the tennis played, and should view it for what it is. She reckons that the story is about something else, and is very excited to give it a watch.

I haven’t seen the movie yet, so I’m excited. I think people shouldn’t go into the movie critiquing the tennis. I think really that’s just not what the story is about.

Coco Gauff’s coach Brad Gilbert praised Zendaya for her work on the movie

Recently, during the premiere of Zendaya’s new movie Challenger, the American actor and model sent out loads of love for Coco Gauff. Zendaya had told in an interview that she wanted to meet Gauff. She said that she loves Coco and wants to meet her.

Gauff coach Brad Gilbert had gone to watch the movie and returned with more than reviews. As a new age-forward movie, it was a little over the top for Gilbert, who nevertheless praised Zendaya for her hard work. In an interview at the Stuttgart Open, Gauff revealed her coach’s initial thoughts of the movie.

He said that she picked it up well. It’s hard to replicate tennis, but one thing he did say, she is a hard worker and, she was trying as hard as she could to make it as perfect as she could and that she’s a super-sweet girl.

Furthermore, the American youngster also revealed that she had received flowers from Zendaya as her coach had given the actress Gauff’s address. It was not possible to mention Zendaya without commenting on her tennis fashion game. Gauff loved the fashion looks and praised the American for her style during the interviews and press meetings.
