“I go out in my pajamas sometimes,” Jannik Sinner’s brutal admission will leave fans shocked after his recent Vogue cover made headlines

World No. 2 Jannik Sinner has continued his fine form on clay as well. Making his debut on the surface at the 2024 Monte Carlo Masters, the Italian breezed past Sebastian Korda 6-1, 6-2 to reach the third round.

Sinner was fresh from his title at the 2024 Miami Masters finally winning the title in his third final at the tournament. It was also his third title of the season from his fourth tournament appearance. The only event he failed to win this year has been the 2024 Indian Wells Masters.

He was defeated in the semis by arch-rival Carlos Alcaraz. The Spaniard was the defending champ and eventually went on to retain his title following his win over Sinner. The Italian however leapfrogged Alcaraz in the rankings and can solidify his position given the 20-year-old’s withdrawal from this week.

As Sinner is quickly becoming one of the biggest names in the game, he is attracting big brand deals. As a result, he is also getting a lot of attention from the fashion industry. He was recently seen in a photoshoot by Vogue but he still prefers to relax in pajamas and not care about his looks.

For me, it's more important to do well on the court. Hair is messy, all is messy. When I have to make the shoots, at least I have someone who makes me look good, trying to find the right angle to make it even better. I'm not taking this kind of guy off the court. I go out with my pajamas sometimes so I am completely the opposite.

said Sinner, speaking on Tennis Channel.

Jannik Sinner gets a quick rematch with Jan Lennard Struff

Following his win over Korda, Sinner will now go up against German veteran Jan Lennard Struff. The 33-year-old defeated Borna Coric 7-6(2), 6-1 in the second round. Earlier, he staged a strong comeback against Sebastian Baez defeating him 1-6, 7-6(3), 6-2 in the first round.

Struff and Sinner had previously met in the third round in Indian Wells last month. The Italian had won the tie 6-3, 6-4. It remains the only professional meeting between the two granting Sinner a 1-0 lead in the head-to-head.

Struff has been a decent player on clay with a career record of 247-151 with quite a lot of experience as well. Sinner will be the favorite however given his supreme form as compared to any other player this season.
