Ferrero predicts Carlos Alcaraz’s victory at Roland Garros

Carlos Alcaraz will play the Roland Garros after overcoming the forearm injury that has tormented him in recent weeks. Although the Spanish player’s physical condition may not be at the top, he is still among the favorites to win the Parisian Slam final.

His coach Juan Carlos Ferrero has no doubts; he is convinced that Alcaraz will win the Roland Garros, if not this year then in the future. The Spaniard’s coach believes that Carlitos has the tennis necessary to be able to win the French Major, as he explained in an interview with BBC.

“I think Alcaraz will win Roland Garros at least once, he has the game to do it. At the moment I think the surface that best suits his tennis is hard courts. Carlos has developed on this type of court, even if not you can say that clay courts are where he was born. What I like most is that he always thinks big, not just small. To be one of the best players of all time you have to think big, not c ‘It’s no other choice. We know it will be very difficult to break certain records, but we are here to try, to try to do our best,” he told.

Meanwhile, Alcaraz, after missing the Italian BNL Internationals due to a forearm injury, is already in Paris, where he will intensify his training, after a few weeks of exercises aimed at recovering from the physical problem. The Roland Garros has always been a fundamental showcase for any tennis player, who dreams of becoming a legend of our beloved sport. This year will be a very special edition, probably the last one that will see the presence of its legendary undisputed champion, Rafael Nadal. Behind him, in addition to Novak Djokovic, many new young stars are ready to battle to win this coveted title: it will be fun.
