Polish tennis ace and World No.1 Iga Swiatek is a huge Taylor Swift fan and it is no mystery. The 22-year-old has admired the pop star right from her school days and Swiatek did not leave liking her even though she was made fun of for the same. The Polish star has revealed that she was targeted for her admiration for Swift.
In a recent interview, while talking about her idol, she revealed that she has had a liking for Swift from her very early days. Swiatek then drew a parallel between the pop star and herself, saying Swift is a perfectionist like her.

Being number one can be overwhelming. I'm not just a tennis player anymore. I have become a person who has to be very responsible and speak out on difficult topics. This means that my role is not as simple as I imagined it when I dreamed of such a career as a 12-year-old.Iga Swiatek said.
