Elena Rybakina won the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix and thus was gifted a brand-new car. However, the World No. 4 had to sit in the passenger’s seat because she did not have a driver’s license yet.

As the 24-year-old Kazakh tennis ace defeated Marta Kostyuk in the final in Stuttgart, she was gifted a shining Porsche. Rybakina got inside quickly but had to sit in the passenger’s seat. The tennis star was seen looking for someone who could drive her car.

The video of Rybakina waiting while sitting in the passenger’s seat was shared by fans on social media. This attracted reactions from the fans who advised the player to get a driving license as soon as possible.

Elena Rybakina clinches third title of the season

With this win in Stuttgart, Elena Rybakina clinched her third title of the season. While this was her first title on clay, Rybakina already has two hardcourt titles in her kitty which she won in Brisbane and Abu Dhabi. Now, the World No. 4 has started the clay season with a bang.

After defeating Iga Swiatek in the semifinal, Rybakina eased past Kostyuk in the final as she beat the Ukrainian in straight sets. The Kazakh ace won the match 6-2, 6-2 to clinch the title at the WTA 500 event and won a Porsche. Rybakina thanked the crowd for their support in her winning speech.

Thank you so much. I want to congratulate Marta for a great tournament.. You’re playing really amazing. Hopefully we play many more finals. I want to thank my team. My coach Stefano and the president of Kazakhstan federation for coming to support. The crowd, guys, it was unbelievable week. It was nice to play every match here and fight. Your energy gives a lot during these tough matches. Thank you so much.

Rybakina will be now focused on continuing the momentum and winning as many tournaments as possible before she enters the 2024 French Open. The Kazakh ace would be hoping to make the most of her momentum at the Madrid Open as well as the Rome Masters.
