Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend Morgan Riddle recently reacted to Zendaya recreating Venus and Serena Williams’ iconic 1998 Vogue photoshoot.

Zendaya, who is currently promoting her upcoming tennis-centric movie ‘Challengers’, has been coming into the limelight for her looks week after week. The 27-year-old’s looks recently have been inspired by tennis, with one of them literally being tennis ball heels.

The actress has now recreated the iconic 1998 Vogue photoshoot from the May issue that featured the Williams sisters, who at the time were rising stars. The Williams sisters donned elegant black and white striped and skirted silk satin ballgowns and wore their hair in white beads.

The legendary Williams sisters went on to have illustrious careers in which they completed career Golden Slam in doubles and held the World No. 1 ranking in singles. They also share 31 singles Major titles between the two of them, Venus – seven and Serena – 23, among many other achievements.

Zendaya and stylist Law Roach came together with Vogue’s creative director Wes Gordon to recreate the Carolina Herrera-designed look.

Vogue’s Instagram shared the photoshoot on their account and also mentioned in the caption that the look paid homage to the photoshoot of the legendary Williams sisters

“@Zendaya’s latest serve is plucked straight from ‘90s Vogue. Designed by @CarolinaHerrera, her striped, full-skirted formal design is actually a recreation of garments first worn in a ’90s issue of Vogue by tennis legends, Serena and Venus Williams,” Vogue captioned.

Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend Morgan Riddle who was wowed by Zendaya’s photoshoot took to Instagram to react to it as she shared the post on her story and captioned,

“this was so good,” Riddle wrote.

In a Q&A session on her Instagram back in June 2023, Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend Morgan Riddle had said that she felt that ‘Challengers’ looked like the worst movie ever made and also that she wasn’t excited to watch it.

“Im sorry, Im not even just saying this because Im stingy about tennis stuff but it genuinely looks like the worst movie ever made?? I can’t want to never watch it,” Riddle wrote.

However, in a recent Instagram story, Riddle said that her opinions about the film might be changing thanks to Zendaya’s press looks, which have impressed the 26-year-old.

“I know I was apprehensive about this movie but her press looks may be changing my mind. I loveee,” Riddle wrote.
