Grigor Dimitrov has found his lost form toward the end of 2023. Dimitrov has been displaying some strong performances this year, reaching three finals. And for the first time since 2018, Dimitrov is in the top 10 of the rankings.

His first title came earlier this year at the Brisbane International. The No. 9 then continued to dominate at the Open 13 tournament, reaching the final. Last week, his second failure in the final came at the Miami Open, as he easily lost to Jannik Sinner.

During the same interview with Tennis Channel, Dimitrov was asked about shifting his focus to clay after playing continuously on hard courts. He talked about the importance of small things and long practice sessions on clay courts but admitted that he lacks the time to practice more.

I think the most important thing is to stay injury-free. I think you need to do all the prevention exercises. And you have to do a lot of stretches and stop and go and come back and you might get caught.
