On Sunday, Tom Brady is in the booth, calling the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers on FOX.
Very early in his broadcasting career, Brady received much criticism for his ability to call games.
Unfortunately, he isn’t doing himself very many favors after this ridiculous line he gave about quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Of course, if that sounds ridiculous, you would also know that people already see in 3D, so it made no sense.
He needs to hit the drawing board and work on some new lines.
Social Media Is Destroying Brady Over His Statement
The ridiculousness of the comment did not escape the trolls on social media.
“Tom Brady just said that when Mahomes escapes the pocket it’s almost like he can see in 3D,” said one comment.
“@TomBrady just said that it’s almost like Mahomes sees in 3D. I wonder how Mahomes learned to do that? I’m tired of my 2D world,” joked another.
“Brady: “It’s almost like he (Mahomes) sees in 3D” No shit Tom. Ya think?” added a third.
Not even arguably the GOAT of football can get anything pasty social media.

Tom Brady is one of the most famous names in the NFL world today. The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers signal-caller has just added to his influence on the NFL by taking literal ownership of an NFL franchise.
During his 23-year NFL career, Brady enjoyed one of the most prolific careers the league has ever seen, as he was there for 89,000 yards and 649 touchdowns. The GOAT, as most consider him, topped it all off by winning an NFL record 7 Super Bowls.
Some NFL fans joked about the fact that Brady owned the AFC East during his 20 seasons with the Patriots, and while his most recent venture doesn’t prove that statement right, it now proves that he quite literally owns an NFL franchise.
In the most recent NFL owners meeting, the former NFL signal-caller was approved as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. He will now join Mark Davis and company as he now holds a 5 percent stake in the team, prompting him to post a three-word reaction to X.
Tom Brady Is Now A Part Owner Of The Las Vegas Raiders
“Commitment to Excellence,” Brady captioned the post. He added a letter addressed to Raiders Nation, which he began by stating, “I’m incredibly humbled and excited to have been unanimously approved as an owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.”
Brady continued by explaining why he wanted so badly to literally own an NFL franchise after years of fans joking that he does just that. “Football has been part of my entire life growing up in the Bay Area, and in so many ways, my football life and journey has come full circle.”
Brady finished the letter off by thanking NFL Commissioner Goodell, Mark Davis, and the rest of the NFL owners for allowing this to happen and claimed that he was willing to do anything to help the Raiders win football games. Brady to Vegas, anyone?
